Juan Proaňo
Juan Proaño is an entrepreneur, technologist, and business leader active in civic affairs, social impact, and politics, currently serving as CEO of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) since November 2023. He is the co-founder of Plus Three, a technology firm supporting nonprofit and advocacy organizations that has raised over $500 million online and delivered more than one billion emails. Over two decades, he has launched and led multiple tech companies generating more than $400 million in revenue across the U.S. and Latin America. Juan has been recognized for his leadership in technology and fundraising, including honors from the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a feature in Time Magazine. He is also a dedicated community leader and proud husband and father of three.
