Michael Ungvarsky

Michael Ungvarsky currently serves as Manager of Urban Apprenticeship Jobs Programs at the National Urban League, where he oversees the implementation and monitoring of the Urban Energy and Urban Construction Jobs Programs. In this role, he collaborates with affiliates and partners to ensure effective service delivery, manages grant compliance, and leads training and technical assistance initiatives to support program quality and data integrity. He also supports strategic initiatives in research, grant writing, and program development.
Previously, he served as an Associate of Workforce Development at the National Urban League, where he provided administrative and programmatic support within the workforce development division. His work included supporting program reporting, event coordination, research, and administrative support.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University and a Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University
