Kyrinda Richardson

A charismatic, resourceful and articulate CT native, Kyrinda takes pleasure in inspiring and empowering others. She attended Oakwood University (an HBCU and UNCF institution) with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, with two minors in Business Management and Family & Consumer Sciences. Kyrinda possesses over 15 years’ experience working with youth and their families in community and school-based settings. She joined the Urban League of Greater Hartford affiliate in 2013 and has been part of the Project Ready family since 2016. Currently, Kyrinda consults and collaborates with CBOs and faith-based entities, schools and businesses on the conceptualization of programs, marketing initiatives, outreach, and advocacy. She welcomes new challenges in the public and private sectors that will allow her to share, learn and grow.
