Felicia Allen is a Partner Relationship Manager at Kuder, Inc., and Certified Career Advisor™. She brings together over four years of experience in education technology and 15 years in human resources. She works closely with education leaders and nonprofit partners, including her state’s Department of Education, to help bring Kuder’s college and career readiness tools to life in schools and communities across the state.
In her role, Felica provides training and support to educators, counselors, and workforce professionals, helping them use the Kuder platform to guide students in exploring careers, setting goals, and preparing for life after high school. She’s passionate about helping young people, especially those from underserved communities, realize their full potential and understand the many opportunities available to them.
Before joining Kuder, she built a strong foundation in workforce development and career planning through her work in HR and community engagement. She’s currently pursuing a master’s degree in Higher Education and loves finding new ways to support others in their learning and growth.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her volunteering in her community, spending time with her family, traveling or diving into something new to learn.
