the Minimum Wage (January,

Urban League’s support of increasing the
national minimum wage, discussing some
common myths about the minimum wage often
raised by opponents.

Employment Statistics - These are
summaries of key employment statistics released
by the U.S. Department of Labor every month
on the first friday of each month
This report notes a lack of organization, funding and outreach in the government's effort to prepare for the Digital Telelvision Transition; it recommends increased funding for coupons, better organization (similar to the Government's Y2K transition) and organizating rapid response teams to help vulnerable populations who may lose their access to telelvision on February 17, 2009.
This report examines the racial bias of the subprime lending crisis,
and the resulting loss of wealth to people of color.
