Each year a NULITERS conference is held in a different Urban League city across the country. Some 500 students and their chaperones design, develop and administer the annual four-day event in an environment designed to engage them with educational, social and other experimental interactions geared toward the critical issues facing today's youth. The Summit features workshops, talent shows, a Job Shadowing, social networking events and participation by celebrities, political figures, leading authors and business leaders.
The Summit
The NULITES Youth Leadership Summit is used as a leadership-training venue for youth and adult youth service providers of Urban League affiliates.
