    National Urban League Marc Morial to Address National Press Club on Homeownership Issues in March


    New York, NY - February 16, 2007 - National Urban League President Marc H. Morial, will speak at the National Press Club on Tuesday, March 6 to unveil the "Homeowner's Bill of Rights."

    In discussing the new plan, Morial will speak on the importance of homeownership and availability of affordable housing in helping bridge the economic divide between minorities and whites in the United States.

    The luncheon begins promptly at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6. Remarks will begin shortly after 1 p.m., followed by a question and answer session. Reservations should be made by telephoning (202) 662-7501. Tickets are $16 for National Press Club members and $28 for guests.
