Economic Empowerment Tour: St. Louis, MO October 24, 2009

The 2009 Economic Empowerment Tour and Restore Our Homes: Housing Rescue Fair provided access to free on-site housing counseling, lender and legal advisor's to help homeowners who were behind on their mortgage payments.
